Assembly was a snap, about 20 minutes, one person operation but putting the top on should use two for safety. Very little cleaning of the cast parts required. Has same h/p(3/4) as the 16 1/2" and same chuck capacity(5/8"). Great feature is the built in work light, just pop in a 40-60 watt bulb. Work light has seperate switch on left side. Power switch right up front for easy access. Chuck-key holder is on the right. Easy speed changes. <br /> <br />Made in China unfortunately...
